Smudging test

To simulate left-handed operation, I wrote something and then wiped the edge of my hand along the paper. Curiously, it had the effect of erasing the ink! I was using a fair amount of pressure, but frankly, given how much left-handed people complain about smudging, it was the best simulation I felt I could give.
