The sensor stick in the dehumidifier

A rather poor photo, but it's dark in the basement, you know? Here you can see the other half of the cannibalized RCA cable clipped to the top of the stick. I taped a cork to the stick for some reason that probably made sense at the time, but it turns out it fits in there pretty snugly at a good diagonal. The water goes in through the big oval.
